After his directorial debut `U, Me Aur Hum`, actor-director Ajay Devgan is set to produce three films under his banner. He will also direct one of them.
While Ajay would be directing one film, he has zeroed in on Rohit Shetty of `Sunday` and `Golmaal` fame to direct the second film for him.
The third film, however, is still being scripted.
Ajay, who is currently on the judging panel of Zee TV`s reality show `Rock N Roll Family` along with his wife Kajol and mother-in-law Tanuja, will also be active on the acting front.
He has Shetty`s `Golmaal Returns`, Kumar Mangat`s `Toonpur Ka Superhero`, Prakash Jha`s `Rajniti` and Vipul Shah`s `London Dreams`.
