After the favorable response to his directorial debut, U Me Aur Hum, Ajay Devgan is planning to return with three more movies under the Devgan Films banner.
One will be directed by him, the second by Rohit Shetty and the third is still in the scripting stage.
Rohit Shetty is busy shooting Gol Maal Returns. Ajay himself is held up for the same movie. So the three movies are yet to take off.
Devgan had been going through a bad patch as an actor .Devgan recently acted in Shetty’s Sunday that was a big bummer. Since 2006’s Omkara, Devgan has not enjoyed a successful run as an actor, with most of his big budget films, including the disastrous Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag and Raj Kumar Santoshi’s Halla Bol, turning out to be big debacles at the box office.
Ajay, is now on the judging panel of Zee TV`s reality show `Rock N Roll Family` along with his wife Kajol and mother-in-law Tanuja and is seeking to revive his acting career.
He has Rohit Shetty`s `Golmaal Returns`, Kumar Mangat`s `Toonpur Ka Superhero`, Prakash Jha`s `Rajniti` and Vipul Shah`s `London Dreams`.
With such commitments it will take some time for his directorial venture to roll.
