In a dramatic incident, two infiltrators, one from Pakistan and another from Myanmar escaped from the high security zone joint interrogation centre of Bhuj late night on Wednesday. The duo had been caught in 2001 and 2003, respectively and had been brought to the centre for questioning.

According to information, Misrilal Fakira Bhil, 24, from Pakistan and Yasim Badi Ahmed from Myanmar managed to run away by scaling the wall of the centre with the help of a rope. Last week we reported about item song picturised on the entire cast of ‘Cash’ without Ajay Devgan’s participation. Here is an update on the same.

Devgan has lodged a complaint against Anubhav Sinha at Cine Artist Association for using his body double for the song. It is a known fact that Devgan refused to have anything to do with the movie, after the director had the name of producer Sohail Maklai removed from the credits of the film.

Ajay Devgan loves to experiment. After turning director this talented actor will now play himself in a film called Toonpur Ka Super Hero. This film is the directed by Kireet Khurana and produced by Sunil Lulla of Eros Entertainment and Big Screen Entertainment (Mangat’s production house).

According to producer Kumar Mangat, this film will have a combination of animated and real-life characters. Toonpur Ka Super Hero will be made at his studio and will be the first 3-D film with animation.

Following the remake of “Ghajini” in Hindi, Bala’s film, “Pithamagan,” is also rumored to be on the remake list of Bollywood.

Vikram, with his intense portrayal of an animal-like character, used almost no dialogue, and picked up a national award for acting for the Tamil film.

The film also made people sit and take notice of Suriya. The Hindi version of the film, it is rumored, will be directed by cinematographer Thiru. This is Bala’s second film to be remade in Hindi, following “Sethu.” Continue reading ‘Ajay Devgan to recreate animal role’

After a successful first shooting schedule on board a cruise liner for his directorial debut ‘U, Me Aur Hum’, one would think that Ajay Devgan would take a breather and relax. But the workaholic actor immediately started shooting for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sunday’.

Ajay is busy shooting for his ‘Golmaal’ director’s next venture, which also stars Arshad Warsi, Ayesha Takia and Irrfan Khan. His business manager Kumar Mangat is producing the film.

Producer-director-actor Ajay Devgan, recently completed the first 20-day shooting schedule of Devgan Films’ ‘U, Me Aur Hum!’, abroad a cruise liner. A song and talkie portion were picturised.

Written by Robin Bhatt, Sutanu Gupta and Akash Khurana, the film co-produced by Kumar Mangat, stars Ajay Devgan himself alongwith wife Kajol.

Others featuring in support cast are Divya Dutta, Sumeet Raghavan, Karan Khanna and Isha Sharavani. Eros presents the film.

When Ajay Devgan gives his word, he keeps it. Impressed by the skills of cinematographer Aseem Bajaj during the making of Zameen and later Golmaal, Ajay had promised Aseem if he turned director he would hire him as a cinematographer.

And Ajay kept his word, ignoring feelers from many leading technicians. He hired Aseem for his romantic film, U, Me and Hum starring himself and wife Kajol. The film is being shot on Panavision a format that Aseem had experimented with while shooting S Ramachandran’s music video with Asha Bhosle and Urmila Matondkar.

Rani upsets Ajay Devgan

Though Ajay Devgan is considered a successful actor and that’s why each and every actress in Bollywood feels proud to work with him. However, Rani is one who has declined his offer to act in his forthcoming directorial movie.

Yes, Rani says that she has dates problem. However, industry circles wonder if it were so; Rani doesn’t have many movies at present in her kitty.

Many years ago, “Anees Bazmee” transformed action hero Ajay Devgan into a lover boy with his romantic film Pyar To Hona Hi Tha.

The casting raised a lot of eyebrows but the film went on to be a blockbuster and everybody liked Ajay in the lover boy role. The film’s success created a new audience for the macho hero and he started enjoying a huge female fan following.

Divya Dutta tells us, “Ajay is a very clearheaded director, and he’s very sure of what he wants.

He’s the most secure director I’ve ever worked with. Yes, he’s quite a hard taskmaster, but at the same time, he is also full of fun. Being such a brilliant actor, he obviously expects nothing but the best from his cast and crew.”
